Marilyn Monroe’s thighs touched when she walked, when she sat down, her stomach sometimes rolled over her waistband, her butt jiggled when she walked, and these were her measurements:
Weight: 118-140 pounds // 53 - 63 kg
Bust: 35-37 inches // 88 - 94 cm
Waist: 22-23 inches // 55 - 58 cm
Hips: 35-36 inches // 88 - 91 cm
Bra size: 36D**her weight fluctuated throughout her life.
She wore dresses from sizes 6-10.
And she is still considered one of the most beautiful women.
Now, a lot of women aspire to be a size 2, not have their thighs touch, and not have any extra weight in their stomach.
Are women really doing it for themselves or society?

Some days I feel like a bum! I have been going to Zumba almost 4 times a week every week but when I am not chasing my son around I just feel like I am not doing enough. I know the Zumba is helping because I have already lost about 10 lb since the my last doctors appointment in August! I have a job interview tomorrow so maybe that will give me something to do even tho I won’t get to spend as much time with my son…

First off, how old are you? If you only weigh 86 lbs and you are in your teens or older you may need to see a doctor. 86 lbs is to light for your height. The lowest you really should be is around 102 lbs. You could be doing your body more harm by trying to lose weight than you want. You may have actually reached a place were you can lose no more. Your bones aren’t going to go away so you have to account for them. I am not an expert, but in my opinion your best option would be to call a doctor and get some serious help before you cause irreversible damage or end up dying. Sorry I couldn’t help with an actual way to lose weight but in your case I believe you need to look into gaining!
